The 2026 programme is delivered through two dedicated Staff Weeks, allowing the professional content, networking and partnership discussions to reflect the priorities of different education sectors.
These programmes bring together Erasmus+ coordinators from across Europe to explore Ireland as a trusted host country while developing practical strategies for mobility planning, implementation, and partnership building.
Through centre visits, seminars, and networking, participants gain both operational knowledge and strategic insight into delivering high-quality Erasmus+ projects.

Programme Outline: A professional development programme for school-based Erasmus+ coordinators and leaders involved in European mobility. Participants will explore staff and learner mobility, institutional impact, digitalisation, intercultural learning, partnership development and practical approaches to strengthening Erasmus+ activity.
Designed Specifically for Erasmus+ Coordinators
International Staff Weeks are widely used across Europe to bring professionals together for training, peer exchange, networking and international cooperation. Our programme builds on this recognised format but is designed specifically around the work of Erasmus+ coordinators and international education professionals.
Rather than a general teacher-training week, the programme focuses on the decisions coordinators make, the partnerships they build, the professional development they support and the quality and impact of the mobility opportunities they create.

Costs and Erasmus+ funding
Erasmus+ can support eligible staff mobility and training activities, but participation in this Staff Week does not in itself guarantee Erasmus+ funding. Funding depends on the sending institution’s approved project or accreditation, the participant’s eligibility, the activity format and the rules applicable to the relevant Erasmus+ action and country. Participants should obtain approval from their sending institution before making financial commitments.
